Sorry to be writing in English, but my Russian isn't very good (just good enough so I can register on this forum!) and I have a question about moving in and the economics of living in Bulgaria.
The thing is, are Bulgarians/people that live in Bulgaria allowed to own foreign assets (for example, stocks or shares from a fund in a different country)? I know this is a problem in at least several post-socialist countries, where there are old laws which forbid people from owning such assets (they even forbid owning gold in foreign countries!). So if someone can help out, it would mean a lot to me.
